Rates include self-serve/prepare breakfast provisions, unless a room only rate is booked.

• We accommodate 1-3 adults. Our property is not equipped, safe or suitable for children.

• Check-in 3:00-8:00pm / Check-out by 10:00am. These times are non-negotiable due to pre-scheduled house keeping and room preparation time restraints.

• All online bookings attract a 3% credit card surcharge (5% international credit cards). Alternatively email us to book and pay by bank deposit (n/a for last minute bookings)
